Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Visual Designer – Motion and Interactive Learning Media to join our growing team. In this role, you will bring learning content to life through dynamic visuals, animations, and interactive media. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, AI developers, and content strategists to craft visually stunning and pedagogically sound learning experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics Design: Create animated videos, explainer animations, and micro-interactions that enhance learning modules.
Interactive Media Creation: Develop visually engaging interactive learning elements, from clickable infographics to gamified learning interfaces.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and product managers to align visual design with learning objectives and technical requirements.
Storyboarding and Visual Concepting: Translate educational scripts and storyboards into visual narratives and animation flows.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visuals adhere to MooxLearning’s brand standards while maintaining creativity and innovation.
Continuous Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, e-learning interactivity, and educational technology to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Quality Assurance: Review and refine animations and visuals to ensure the highest level of polish and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in motion graphics, interactive media design, or similar roles — ideally in EdTech, eLearning, or digital storytelling sectors.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and animation libraries (Lottie, Spine) is a plus.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, user engagement, and learner experience principles.
Ability to work within agile teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic balance.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing motion graphics for mobile-first or microlearning platforms.
Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3 animations and interactivity frameworks.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) for educational media.
Exposure to XR (Extended Reality) or gamified learning environments is a bonus.
