Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer – Content Innovation & Delivery to join our growing team. You will design, storyboard, and develop compelling digital learning experiences across diverse domains. The ideal candidate blends instructional best practices with fresh content delivery techniques, ensuring learning solutions that are both innovative and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Learning Solutions: Create interactive eLearning modules, video scripts, microlearning assets, and assessments based on sound instructional design principles.
Collaborate with SMEs and Teams: Work closely with subject matter experts, visual designers, and platform developers to transform technical or academic content into engaging, learner-friendly materials.
Storyboarding and Prototyping: Develop detailed storyboards and prototypes that clearly communicate learning flow, interactions, and media assets.
Innovate Content Formats: Leverage emerging technologies (interactive video, AR/VR elements, gamification) to create modern learning experiences.
Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility, branding, pedagogical, and platform requirements.
Iterate Based on Feedback: Gather learner and stakeholder feedback to refine, optimize, and continuously improve learning products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Strong command in English language and creative writing.
3–5 years of proven experience designing digital learning content in EdTech, Corporate training, or Higher education sectors.
Strong expertise with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adapt Learning, or Adobe Captivate.
Solid understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, AGILE Learning Design).
Exceptional visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and content structuring skills.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
Creative thinker who keeps pace with new EdTech trends and learner engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills

Experience in microlearning, mobile learning, and on-demand content design.
Knowledge of learning analytics and data-driven design improvement.
Familiarity with multimedia editing tools (e.g., Vyond, Camtasia, Canva).
Exposure to immersive learning technologies (AR/VR, simulations) is a plus.
