Position Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Product Manager – Learning Technology Innovation to lead the development of AI-powered learning products. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and delivering technology solutions that leverage AI to personalize learning pathways, optimize engagement, and elevate learning outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and educational strategists.

Key Responsibilities

Own Product Strategy: Define the roadmap for AI-driven learning solutions aligned with business goals and educational impact.
Lead Innovation Initiatives: Identify opportunities where AI can drive new learning experiences such as personalization, intelligent content delivery, automated tutoring, and adaptive assessments.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, and education specialists to build, launch, and iterate AI-based features.
Conduct Market and User Research: Gather insights from learners, educators, and competitive landscapes to refine product offerings.
Ensure Ethical AI Use: Embed fairness, transparency, and responsible AI principles into all product designs.
Data-driven Decision Making: Analyze learner data, performance metrics, and A/B testing results to optimize AI solutions continually.
Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Educational Technology, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in product management, preferably within EdTech or AI-based SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (recommendation systems, NLP, adaptive learning algorithms).
Experience working with agile development teams and methodologies.
Ability to translate educational challenges into technical AI solutions and user-centered products.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with learning analytics, xAPI, LRS (Learning Record Stores).
Experience with AI personalization engines, content recommendation models, or conversational AI.
Understanding of UX design principles specific to digital learning environments.
Certification in AI Product Management or related areas is a plus.
